• All products from VANDIS ORGANIC are shipped from Korea.
  • Every order will normally be shipped out within 24~72 hours from the time of receiving the order.
  • If a shipping delay occurs, we inform customers of the issue within 72 hours.
  • We do not ship our products to APO, FPO or DPO addresses.

  • Free shipping is available for US & International customers on purchases with a total of at least $60 after any promotions and discounts are applied and total shipping weight is less than 4.4lbs (2kg).


  • You will receive an email notification with tracking number. Please allow up to 12 hours for tracking to show as it takes time for your parcel to be scanned and on board for delivery.
  • Shipping may take additional time during sale periods, holidays and extreme weather events. If you live in an area experiencing an unexpected service delay (severe weather, natural disasters, unscheduled events, etc.), please add at least 2 to 3 business days to the estimated delivery date of your order.


  • MISSING: If a package is not delivered to a customer within 30 days of shipping, we regard it as missing. In this case, we will send a new one or give a customer a refund. 
  • UNCLAIMED RETURN: If a package is returned to VANDIS ORGANIC because it was unclaimed, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.


  • All products we carry are made and directly shipped from Seoul, South Korea. All products are checked for quality before dispatch and we try our best to make sure you receive products in perfect condition. However, products may be damaged in the delivery process.
  • If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us ( within 5 days from receipt of your order along with photos of damaged products. Once approved, we will arrange for your items to be returned. After we receive and inspect the items, we will make replacement or refund to your original method of payment.
  • If you would like to return or get exchange for the item purchased in, please contact us ( directly within 5 days from receipt of your order.
  • It's our goal to make sure every customer receives the best possible service. If you are not satisfied with the product, you can make your return at any time for a full refund of your purchase cost from
